Mission: Towers Property Management was established by a group of Accountants and licensed Community Association Managers who have been in the business for over seventeen years. We are determined to provide the best possible service to meet the homeowner association and condominium association needs.

Many other management companies engage in other activities such as rentals and real estate sales. Towers Property Management’s only business is community association management so we can focus our entire effort on your community. This helps to eliminate any conflicts and distractions which allows us to provide the complete service your association expects and deserves.

Our vision is to be recognized as THE preferred association management company with state-of-the-art-technology, association management experience, and a human approach. We are, at the core, a service-oriented company whose principals are personally involved in each and every community. We understand that superior service means understanding your needs and expectations, then proactively working to meet and exceed them. Our mission is to provide our association clients with professional, personal customer service, experience and access to resources, and to support them as they strive to achieve their strategic goals.

We accomplish this mission by acting with integrity and professionalism, thus building long-term relationships with both clients and employees, enabling each of us to achieve our goals. Our corporate philosophy is based on fiscal conservatism, the establishment of long-term mutually beneficial relationships and an aggressive approach to marketing and member services expansion.
